Russel Prophit was an employee of Bruce Plumbing Company from 1976 through 1993. He started at this company as a laborer in the irrigation division. With his dedication and willingness to learn he quickly moved his way through this company to installer and service technician. November 1985 Russel completed the irrigation design course at Weathermatic, a division of Telsco Industries and became the designer for our company. Russel also passed the State Requirement for Irrigation Contractors in bidding projects over $50,000, which allowed Bruce Plumbing to bid on any irrigation project. As time progressed Russel’s duties included project manager and manager of the irrigation division at Bruce Plumbing Company. Russel’s abilities in the irrigation industry include diagnostics of pump, controller, valve and field wiring problems. His ability to design irrigation systems by hand an on CAD programs is one of many assets. Russel also has had the experience of managing multiple jobs and multiple crews with this company and always performed above expectations. After Russel left Bruce Plumbing Company he started his own company and we had the opportunity to work together on several projects with the same results.
